Quotes are the contract, not this page
Prices, timings and inclusions vary by job. What binds us is the written quote we send you and, where relevant, the signed agreement behind it:
- Removals, courier and delivery work is governed by the written quote and job confirmation.
- Van hire is governed by the Vehicle Hiring Agreement and Statement of Liability you sign before the keys change hands.
- Driver work is governed by the Self-Employed Owner-Driver Services Agreement.
Where anything on this website conflicts with a signed agreement or a written quote, the signed agreement or written quote takes precedence.
What we will not carry
Hazardous goods, fuel, gas bottles, illegal items, cash, jewellery, and anybody else's waste. Waste carriage requires registration with the Environment Agency, which we do not currently hold, and we will decline the job rather than take it.
Accuracy
We keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors. Fleet numbers, coverage and service details change. If something here matters to your decision, confirm it with us in writing before you book.
Liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability for the carriage of goods is dealt with in the written quote and the applicable agreement, and is backed by our goods in transit cover.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
